What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and supporting facilities teams across site
- Ensuring service standards and compliance targets are met
- Managing engineers, contractors and daily workloads
- Building strong relationships with HMPPS stakeholders
- Maintaining high standards of health, safety and security
- Supporting environmental and zero-carbon initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Facilities or Estates Management experience
- Previous team leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong understanding of H&S and compliance
- Good IT skills and experience managing priorities
- Ability to work effectively with clients and contractors
- IOSH and CAFM experience desirable
- Facilities Management qualifications are advantageous
